DELIVERY & COLLECTION POLICY

Before placing an order for perishable and frozen goods, please review our delivery and collection policy.

Dispatch Day Schedule:

• Monday to Wednesday orders: Place your order by 1 pm for dispatch the following day.
• Thursday to Sunday orders: Ensure your order is placed by 1 pm for dispatch on Monday.

Note: Dispatch schedules may be subject to changes during UK bank holidays.

ORDERS WITH FRUITS & VEGETABLES:

• Dispatch day is WEDNESDAY.
• Cut-off for orders is every Tuesday for the following Wednesday dispatch. In case of any adjustments, we will promptly notify you via email.

DELIVERY TO UK MAINLAND:

• Next day delivery (1-2 working days) once dispatched, tracking provided.
• Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on weight:

• £6.99 up to 15kg
• £8.99 15kg - 20kg
• £11.99 20kg+

DELIVERY TO SCOTLAND:

• 2-3 working days delivery once dispatched, with tracking.
• Shipping costs, based on weight:

• £9.99 up to 15kg
• £11.99 15kg - 20kg
• £13.99 20kg+

DELIVERY TO NORTHERN IRELAND:

• 2-3 working days delivery once dispatched, tracking included.
• Shipping costs, depending on weight:

• £12.99 up to 15kg
• £14.99 15kg - 20kg
• £16.99 20kg+

DELIVERY TO JERSEY & GUERNSEY:

• 2-3 working days delivery once dispatched, with tracking.
• Shipping costs calculated based on weight:

• £15.99 up to 15kg
• £19.99 15kg - 20kg
• £22.99 20kg+

IMPORTANT: After dispatch and providing a tracking number, customers will receive a message/email based on the information provided during checkout. Monitoring the parcel's tracking and making necessary adjustments is the responsibility of the customer.

COLLECTION IN STORE:

Your shopping will be ready for collection the following day except Sundays if orders are placed by 5 pm. For frozen goods reservations, message us through Contact Support or our Facebook page, stating your order number.
